One person thought that the name www.MadhuBandit.info was insulting and demanded to know who we were. This is strange. Madhu Pandit Dasa has commited forgery, perjury, fraud and theft. Thief and bandit are synonymous terms. In the courts he has been directly charged as a thief because that is exactly the way he is behaving. So why hide this fact? When he stops behaving like a thief and bandit then the adjective will no longer be applicable, until then it describes him.
And for those of you who are requesting (screaming) that we reveal our identities you must be crazy. We have nothing to gain by doing so but a lot to lose. Considering that Madhu Pandit Dasa had Varada Krsna Dasa beaten up just for visiting the temple, and while Varada Krsna Dasa was in the hospital after the beating Madhu Pandit Dasa had his lawyer (and pimp) Ranjit Shankar hire two prostitutes to file false charges against Varada Krsna saying that Varada Krsna Dasa was “eve teasing” (harassing women) as an excuse for the beating.
And when Ananda Tirtha Dasa came to testify in court Madhu Pandit threatened him saying “that if you testify against me there will be no decency shown to you.” Ananda Tirtha Dasa required 24hr/day police protection.
If that is what Madhu Pandit Dasa did to Varada Krsna Dasa and Ananda Tirtha Dasa what do you think he would do now?
Madhu Pandit Dasa is a desperate man in deep trouble. Desperate men do desperate things. There is now practically no crime that Madhu Pandit Dasa is incapable of, do you think that we want a bunch of paid thugs at our door who will kill us and dump our bodies in the river? We are already receiving death threats from Madhu Pandit’s followers. As the wit said “I was born at night but not last night.” We are not so stupid as to reveal who we are to Madhu Pandit Dasa who has a history of beating and threatening people. As Pandava Sakha said above “[I] suffered heavily at the cruel hands of Madhu Pandit.” So we do not want to fall into his cruel hands either. So stop asking us who we are, we have already identified ourselves as much as we feel it is physically safe for us to do. We are dealing with a man with a violent history and we do not intend to become part of that history.
The purpose of www.ISKCON-BDA.org is not to reveal who we are but to reveal what Madhu Pandit Dasa actually is. We have said all that we had to say and have provided tons of documentation to prove it. At a time and place of our choosing we will reveal who we are, most likely after Madhu Pandit Dasa and Chanchalapathi Dasa (and others) are safely in jail for their crimes. Fraud (what to speak of forgery, perjury and theft), as Ramlinga Raju x-CEO of SATYAM found out, is a serious crime and he is now in jail, the BBC says he could get life in prison .
And just as Hitler could not act alone without support neither can Madhu Pandit Dasa. And, just as Hitler’s accomplices swung from the gibbets Madhu Pandit’s close henchmen (Chanchalapathi, Jai Chaitanya, Stoka Krishna, Chitranga Chaitanya, Amitasana, Rajiv Lochan, Sridham Krishna, Satya Gaura Chandra, Vasudev Keshav, and Suvyakta Narasimha) will also go to jail with him unless they make some important decisions now to distance themselves from him and cooperate while they still can, because soon it will be too late for them.

hear i am only concerned about the devotees in bangalore temple who are not aware about madhupandit das’s activities, don’t you all think they are innocent what about there fate if temple took over by bombay iskcon
and one more thing is that i bda there is showing of illicit relations is this is really true can you show little more evidence that neopites like me can totally convince about what it is the real truth, because i outsider i don’t have any role in the temple but it concerns me a lot because it is our prabhupada’s movement our supreme guide’s movement, we are following his instruction’s not anybody’s else if he does not follow him, if he followes puabhupada sincierly that’s another thing.

MPdasa seems to be really dangerous man. How someone who says he is a devotee could harass to that extent others, including other devotees? I am so shocked to hear that he arranged such ugly thing to attack devotees. I mean, not only devotees – anybody. It seems that he is capable of doing any crime and violence toward anybody who is not under his control, or who reveals anything about him that he tries to keep secret. I pray that Krsna protect His devotees because MPdasa is really such a dangerous person. I hope that he will not injure devotees again by beating them or something worst. That is not a good start to prepare for the next life or meditating of going back to the spiritual world. Very sad.
I have a friend who is a full time devotee there. Will those devotees who are sincere and are influenced by the trick of senior management be a part of the offence. What will be their fate? Will they also suffer Vaishnava aparadha? Is there a way to save them?

To the best of our knowledge Stoka Krishna is Sadhu. His character is clean. He has signed plaint of OS 7934 of 2001 in which the fraudulent claim in the name of fraud counterfeit ISKCON Of Shakhbhrit was made against Srila Prabhupada’s ISKCON.
The plaint also falsely claims that Stoka is secretary of that fraud ISKCON reg. by Shankhabhirt.
But Stoka had confided to many of his collegues that he signed wahtever papers MPD asked him to sign and he had no knowledge about it when he signed. He just a name lender. MPD had used Stoka’s shoulder to shoot at ISKCON. He has allowed him to be used by MPD for this fraud and unfortunately if Stoka doesn’t rectify soon he may have to go down the hill with MPD. We feel sorry for him but don’t know how to help him as Stoka has rejected good & moral advices of many of his friends and continues to be part of MPD.
Probably as Bhishma and Drona felt obliged to Duryodhan and did not fight him for his wrong doing and sinful activities simillarly Stoka is feeling obliged to MPD as he served under him for many years. And as Bhisma and Drona went down the hill with Duryodhan probably same fate will befall Stoka.
Further it appears that Stoka doesn’t have strength of a Kshatirya or strong Brahmana to stand up to MPD’s misdeed and sinful acts. This is unfortunate but true. And we guess Stoka has seen what happened to Shitalanga, Sevatulya the then senior temple inmates, who raised issue of Bhakti Lata and Jai Chaitanya in one of the Temple ishtagoshtis in 2001 and therefore is afraid to be openly slaughtered like them if he dares to question MPD, CPP, JCD, Bhakti Lata etc.
As far as evidence about Bhakti lata and Jai Chaitnaya is concerned kindly ask any devotee who served at Hare Krishna hill from 1989 till 1998 . You can also ask any devotee serving at Mysore for last one year Jai Chaitanya replaced Stoka as TP of Mysore last year.
Jai Chaitnaya is wearing brahmachari dress but he doesn’t stay at the Brahmachari ashram at Mysore temple. Stoka always stayed in the Ashram at the Mysore temple when he was TP. Jai Chaitanya even after becoming TP continues to stay with Bhakti Lata in a seperate house at Mysore. JCD travels to the Mysore temple with her in the same car to “discharge” his service in the morning and then return back to their ( JCD’s and Bhakti Lata’s ) residence again in the same car in the evening.
You can confirm this with Mysore temple devotees but you will have to promise them to keep their names confidential else axe will fell on them. If they are afraid to speak to you then you can ask congregation devotees who visit temple regularly. We are sure even congregation must be knowing it as well and will be less afraid to tell you.

The sincere devotees serving at Hare Krishna Hill should surrender to Srila Prabhupada and not to MPD. If a person can not follow basic morality where is the question of following spiritual path? So, if they are not invovled in fraud or supporitng such a fraud them I am sure there is no reaction for that. But if they are knowingly aiding and abetting the fraud then legal as well as karmic reaction is awaiting them unless they repent and rectify.
MPD is now claiming that he did the fraud to save Srila Prabhupada’s Pre eminent position in ISKCON. Does anyone in right frame of mind and with even little intelligence believe that Srila Prahbupada needs fraud to protect his pre eminent position in ISKCON?
So kindly tell your friends not to be blind and foolish to be exploited by MPD in the name of Srila Prabhupada.
We pray that all devotees including your friends make right decision and save themselves from MPD and his false propoganda.
