Radio Hare Krsna Hill: “ask us whatever you want, we will answer you whatever we want.”
Q: Is it true that there is freedom of speech on Hare Krsna Hill the same as there is in Srila Prabhupada’s ISKCON?
A: In principle, yes. In Srila Prabhupada’s ISKCON, you can stand in front of the GBC in Mayapura, and yell, “Down with GBC!”, and you will not be punished. And in same way, you can stand in front of Madhu Pandit Dasa on Hare Krsna Hill and shout, “Down with GBC!”, and you will not be punished.
Word of caution to FOLK members and full time devotees serving at Hare Krishna Hill, Rajajinagar.
1. On Sunday the 1st March, 2009, 150 devotees and Folk members led by Madhu Pandit Dasa , Jai Chaitanya Das, Amitasana Das and others forcefully confined two innocent devotees Bhakta Ratish and Sanatan Das in one hall known as Srila Prabhupada’s office situated below main temple room and then for more than 10 hours tortured them with verbal, physical and mental abuse. 2. What was the fault of Bhakta Ratish? He saw on 31st January, 2009 many gundas roaming around with shoes on all over Hare Krishna Hill premises including areas which were only accessible to full time devotees. Some of these gundas were stationed at Folk Nivas and were served liquor. On the same day Bhakta Ratish also found stones and chilly powder stored in various points on Hare Krishna Hill. All this was done to physically harm ISKCON devotees whom Madhu Pandit Das expected to take over the Hare Krishna Hill temple after the court verdict. Kindly note that on 12th Jan. 2009 the Civil court had had posted the law suit for final judgment on 31st January, 2009.
3. Bhakta Ratish was shocked to see the kind of degradation and moral turpitude of Madhu Pandit Das and others at Hare Krsna Hill. Then he came to Jagannath temple, Sheshadirpuram to warn the devotees that they should not go to Hare Krsna Hill even if the Civil court gives such verdict as there was a chance to be harmed. He was innocently trying to protect devotees. No one gave him much importance at Jagannath temple as many thought that he was a spy sent by Madhu Pandit Das to mislead and create panic among devotees. Therefore he put this story on the blog MadhuBandit.info under some pseudonym.
4. It is clear for any reader of the blog that most of the commentators on this blog are either full time devotees or FOLK members of Hare Krsna Hill, Rajajinagar. Madhu Pandit Dasa also knows this and has been trying to catch all of these bloggers who are obviously from his camp. So he put his counter spy operation and we are happy to declare that all his efforts could only identify Ratish, and Siddharth among scores of FOLK members and only Sanatan Das out of scores of full time devotees. These three, in our opinion, were not very smart and fell for the false story and drama of Pralhadananda Das, the assistant security in charge at Hare Krsna Hill. But Pralhadananda Das and even Madhu Pandit Das who had Ratish in their custody for over 10 hours, could not get even one other blogger / devotee opposed to Madhu Pandit Das indentified through his 10 ours of torturous interrogation. To be frank we never thought that MPD is so dumb.
5. At any rate for all you bloggers from Hare Krsna hill kindly observe the following instructions if you don’t want to be identified by Madhu Pandit Dasa and his gang of thugs.
- Never boast to anyone about your blogs. We understand that Ratish and Siddharth were bragging about their great writings on the blog to others.
- If any devotee from Hare Krsna Hill approach you for help and speaks against MPD, CPD, CCD, JCD, etc. don’t show any interest in it. Most probably than not such a person is a spy.
- Never ever try to explain to any devotee about MPD and his gang’s sins. This blog and www.ISKCON-BDA.org is doing it very well and we don’t need your assistance.
- Your help will be needed only when the devotees of ISKCON reg. by Srila Prabhupada in 1971 in Mumbai wins the court battle and ousts MPD and his gang of fraudsters. Till such time lie low on the Hare Krsna Hill, act as if you are the most devoted and dedicated fans of Madhu Pandit Dasa and his gang. I am happy to note that many bloggers although internally boiling when they saw an innocent devotee like Ratish being tormented still outwardly either maintained silence or even supported Madhu Pandit Dasa’s heinous act of torturing Ratish for writing the truth about gundas and liquor on Hare Krsna Hill.
- If you ever get caught by Madhu Pandit Dasa and his gang of thugs then just refuse to answer and demand that you want to leave. Madhu Pandit Dasa has no extra legal right to detain anyone. If he confines you in any place against your will then it is serious criminal offence. Nor does Madhu Pandit Dasa have any right to interrogate or threaten you. If he still forcefully keeps you confined and doesn’t let you leave then just keep calm and chant Hare Krsna Mahamantra. Some of the other bloggers, full time devotees/FOLK member from Hare Krsna Hill we definitely inform us within few hours and we will make sure that police come in for your rescue. We will arrange for your legal protection, attorney, etc. So for you there is nothing to worry and fear about Madhu Pandit Dasa’s threats so keep blogging. He is a “paper tiger” making threats he can’t enforce. We will make sure of that. He troubled Ratish in an attempt to scare you and shut your mouths because your writing is effective and really belittling his authority and image. So kindly continue to write without any fear. This primitive behavior of Madhu Pandit Dasa against Rathish simply proves what we have been saying all along, that Madhu Pandit Dasa acts like a criminal.
- If Madhu Pandit Dasa has any grievance against you the only way for him is to either approach the Police or court of law. As long as what you write on the blog is true then there is nothing the police or court can do to you. Speaking truth is never a slander and no police or court in India can punish you for speaking or writing truth about anyone including Prime Minister of India. Madhu Pandit Dasa may be acting as law unto himself and may think that he is above law but that is not the case. Although all this is true still it is a hassle therefore we recommend that you try to keep your identity confidential and not reveal it to anyone else.
6. We were also informed that one of the allegations against Sanatan was that he told some devotees that Chameri’s daughter Manjiri was not fathered by Chanchalapati Das. We were further informed that Sanatan Prabhu informed during his interrogation that Nadiya Vihari Prabhu gave this piece of information to Sanatan Prabhu. Whether Nadiya Vihari made such a statement or not we are not sure but we must state that this is the first time we heard such allegation and we are not sure of its truthfulness. We request all bloggers not to post any allegations without any evidence. Just because you think that such a thing has happened you can not write. You must have some evidence, i.e. either you have seen it with your own eyes or some one else whom you trust who has seen has told you so. If you see with your own eyes that is definitely strong evidence, you don’t need any thing else to corroborate it.
7. We know for sure that Bhakti Lata and Jai Chaitanya have an illicit relationship as both of them were staying in the same hotel rooms in Kumbhakonam, Mysore, etc., traveling together alone to various place, staying alone in a house at Mysore and have been spending many hours behind the closed room even at Hare Krsna Hill. There are numerous witnesses to this.
8. We know that Chameri and Chitranga Chaitanya have been flirting for a long time. But to the best of our knowledge there is no reliable evidence supporting allegation of Chameri having full on illicit relationship with Chitranga just like the one Bhakti Lata had and has with Jai Chaitanya.
9. Chitranga and Chameri have been spending many hours behind closed doors even late at night. Talking to each other on phone even when Chitranga is in Europe and USA. There are many witnesses to this. But Chitranga Chaitanya came to Bangalore in 1993 and Chameri got her daughter much before 1993 and there is no evidence (at least within our knowledge) to show any full on illicit connection between Chameri and Chitranga or for that matter Chameri with anyone else other than Chanchalapati before 1993. [Editor: Theirs was a love marriage.] Therefore we don’t support such allegation and Nadia Vihari who has made such allegations should either produce some concrete evidence [DNA test?] or must apologize to Chameri, her daughter and Chanchalapati.
Editor: According to Manu’s definition of adultery actual fornication is not required for it to be considered adultery:
“He who addresses the wife of another man at a Tirtha, outside the village, in a forest, or at the confluence of rivers, [editor: secret or private places such as behind closed doors late at night] suffer (the punishment for) adulterous acts (samgrahana). Offering presents (to a woman), romping (with her), touching her ornaments and dress, sitting with her on a bed, all (these acts) are considered adulterous acts (samgrahana). If one touches a woman in a place (which ought) not (to be touched) or allows (oneself to be touched in such a spot), all (such acts done) with mutual consent are declared (to be) adulterous (samgrahana). Manu Smriti 8.356-358.
